My name is Comfort Bartel and I am 70 years old and I am living in the UK since 1999. I am disabled and wheelchair bound. I tried to regularise my status through different solicitors but whenever I applied my case was refused. I went to the court two times, and my appeal was refused. I am sharing my own experience, In 2015 My Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa extension was refused by Homeoffice alleged me of cheating in English Language test (Toeic), cancelling my right to work, revoking driving licence, call me on reporting and even issued me a date to go back home stating me an illegal immigrant.
