I have recently used Nelson Solicitors, (my solictor was Haidee Harriott) for the sale of my flat in London. A worry for all sellers as well as buyers is the speedwith which the various legal documents are dealt with. Not least because there was a stamp duty deadline hovering over this particular sale. So if speed and professionalism is of importance (it always is) I can strongly recommend this company. The documents seem to have been dealt with instantly at all times. And yes, the buyers managed to save their stamp duty 😊

I've used Nelsons for all three of my moves so, on the one hand I can't compare them to anyone else, but on the other I can't imagine getting a better service! There was a change of personnel in the time I've been using them, but my instinct to stick with them seemed borne out the latest time. Not necessarily the quickest, I suspect, and not always brilliant with answering emails in my experience, but they will always answer the phone in office hours and they seem incredibly hardworking. I'm highly likely to use them for a fourth move, if and when it comes!
