Mr Paul and his his team were amazing, I never forget the first time I called they offered to help me with any questions how to and what I needed to have to do my British citizenship online by myself for FREE, WOW, how would do this in 2021?!?!? I had been using a very expensive City solicitor that my husband insisted on for many years, he considered it better to pay more and be sure everything would go properly. At first, I got very positive advice/ response from Paul John and Merlin Alred in email. I have just finally received my leave to remain after years of paul john helping me with my case. I really don't understand the negative comments and where they've come from. Paul John is a great solicitor with a great team especially Temi who was in charge of my appeal. My daughter received her residence through them last year and my niece also just last month. Their phone lines are always busy because they are very busy. Just keep trying. A lot of people use this firm because they are very affordable and paul will tell you the truth. I have recommended quite a lot of people and some have come back to tell me that Paul took on the case while for others he simple tells either to wait for a certain time or the truth that their case is impossible. All this without charging. If you have a case he will tell you. They only charge you when they decide to take on your case. I can't describe how great they were through all the courts and appeals. This is a great firm. Don't take my word for it. Just go in. For the negative review really sorry about you losing your case but I'm pretty sure in fact I'm certain that out of that £2000, your home office fees were £1500. Which isn't really the solicitors fault but the they always tell you what the next stage is for an appeal.
