S. W.Very friendly staff, honest and straight forward from the start. All ways answered our calls and replied to emails, was turned down by two other firms before Powell solicitors took on our case and was very realistic from beginning. Was not an easy case and took sometime but never stop working hard for us and always kept us informed as to where we stood.
And finally would like to thank Chris malone and every one one at Powell solicitors for the good result they got us and all the hard work.

M.I cannot speak highly enough of Dexter and his team, there was times when I was extremely hard to work with but dexter never gave up, he gave me the respect and time to be able to express what it was I needed and wanted even if he felt that I was wrong he was patient and made sure he fully explained the situations so I understood everything every step of the way.
Dexter was always polite hard working and respectful, I never felt like anything was too much hard work and he used his discretion when I said things in the heat of the moment or in anger.
I felt that he saw me as a human and not just a case number.
The receptionist was also very polite and was nice to hear a friendly voice at the end of the phone.
