Sonia Dass you are a star. I went to Powell Spencer law firm because I wanted help to bring my husband to the UK for a visit as I was heavily pregnant and wanted your husband to be present at the birth. I had a lovely chat with Sonia she helped me with a vist application for my husband to enter the UK. She was very professional and she explained and broke down all the single aspect is admirable and her compassion towards my situation made me feel reassured. Sonia has was very comfortable and had a good attention to detail and this is what you want in a solicitor. She always gave me options and how to process the next step which it as very useful as my husband was refused 2 times before and there was a high chance for my husband to be refused again but she is definitely on top of her game when it comes to compiling the relevant information. After submitting the application my husband was refused. Sonia challenged that decision by writing a letter to the ECO (entry clearance officer) who had failed to consider material facts and evidence in this case. They responded in confirming the application did meet the immigration rules and allowed Ahmed his visitors visa.
