Due to an issue with the title I decided to approach Prince Evans directly and even though I wasn't a direct client of Prince Evans Solicitors, they were happy to respond to my queries. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because she did't seem to know what was necessary with Homeground but the same solicitors dealt with our neighbour previously (though a different solicitor within the firm) and they had the same issue so you would hope that that information would have been shared. However our experience with PE was generally very good and I would recommend..
