Specters managed my claim following a motorway accident. During the time it took to complete my case I have worked with a number of their solicitors and each time I was passed to a new person it felt like I had to start again. I had started to wonder if I would ever be able to close the claim. However, finally I was lucky enough to be passed to Naaiem who is the only reason that this is a 5 star review. Naaiem was fantastic. She was on the ball straight away and I remember saying I had more contacts from her in one day than the whole time with other solicitors. She really did go above and beyond in getting my claim finalised and exceed the figure I had hoped for. Finally, thanks to Naaiem I can put an extremely traumatic event behind me.

Had a case by a fraudulent women trying to defraud me & the insurance company when she crashed into me even with a witness she tried her best with insane compensation claims & ridiculous car costs which ended up with justice & truth being told & her lies unravelled 3 times in the county court. I used Kellie Quigley from Specters Solicitors on conveyancing matter and she was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She was extremely proactive; always one step ahead of the vendor and other purchasers (it was a complicated property transaction) and always kept me up-to-date on progress without me having to ask. Even the estate agent commented on how fantastic she was which from previous experience is quite the compliment coming from an estate agent who is obviously familiar with the property industry. I know that Kellie must have been very busy with the ongoing stamp duty holiday measures in place at the time yet my transaction still went through seamlessly due to Kellie's efficient working nature. The transaction did become particularly complicated but Kellie had the requisite knowledge to advise me through it and ensure my best interests were catered for. My mother died in hospital under distressing, not to say, questionable circumstances. Nothing could bring her back but the truth needed to be told and lessons learnt - aren't they always. The hospital trust disputed the facts as well as the conclusions but my sister in law was determined to learn the truth and with the help and guidance of Specters Solicitor, Ramune Mickeviciute we eventually succeeded and came to an agreement. There was even an offer of compensation which we accepted, although this had never been our main consideration.
