H. P.We appointed Lawrence Rodkin and his team assistant Michael and their barrister Nick to appeal against GMC 3rd decision that refused my wife’s registration to proactive as a doctor. This was not an easy appeal as odds were against us as we have appealed before and they were firm, and we have been told by many solicitors we were fighting a loosing battle. Michael and his team was positive form the beginning, they saw a chance of us winning and based that on so many facts/laws other similar cases.
