Mid 2020 I decided to relocate in Australia with my wife. I needed to apply for a spouse Visa but knowing how difficult the process was I decided to use the services of a professional who could assist me and guide me through the forms & take care of the lodgement. We met with a number of visa agents before deciding to use Thames Migration. What we liked about Hannibal and Thames at the outset was the straightforward and professional communication and the transparency of the fees for their services. Some agents we had spoken to seemed to employ smoke and mirrors when describing what their fees were for but with Hannibal I was able to arrive at a clear breakdown of the visa process and associated costs very quickly. The fees offered by Thames were not the cheapest or the most expensive I was quoted from the agents that I contacted, but his clear and considered communications singled Thames out as the correct choice. Fantastic Service We applied for a permanent residency visa (subclass 190) through Thames Migration after recommendation from a friend. Hannibal and his team, in particular Meilan guided us through the skills assessment process with patience and in depth knowledge. Thames migration are exceptional. The visa process is complex and not something you should do on your own. Thames Migration walked myself and my partner through every step of the process. We both received 189 visas and now have permanent residency. We dealt with Deepika and Hannibal. Both were very professional and extremely quick to come back to us on our long lists of questions. We started out looking at 5-6 migration agents. Thames migration came back to us the fastest and some of the other agents gave us information we found later to be incorrect. Thames migration also offer a free seminar, which I would highly recommend to anyone thinking of emigrating. It does take a long time (1 year in total for us) it is expensive and there is a lot of admin. This will be the same whichever agent you use. It is absolutely worth it! Best Immigration Agent for Australia! I had the pleasure of dealing with Hannibal Khoury at Thames Migration in Adelaide office for my Permanent Residency visa application recently. If your visa situation is complex and you need advice from the most experienced player in the industry, Hannibal is definitely the person to use! I read many reviews and asked many people before choosing Thames Migration. I had also spoken with other migration agents in Adelaide and they explained that my employer had to sponsor me. I spoke with my employer and they were happy to sponsor me for a Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme (RSMS) visa subclass 187. My employer suggested I speak with Hannibal from Thames Migration at the Adelaide office. Subsequently, I met with Hannibal; he worked towards mapping out my migration strategy for both me and my employer. Hannibal offered to speak with my employer to determine the best pathway for me to achieve permanent residency. After he spoke with my employer he offered me x3 options. More importantly, he recommended moving forward with Subclass 190 Skilled Nominated visa rather than RSMS visa that I had previously been advised by a different company. Hannibal was there for me throughout the whole process. Not only is he extremely well versed in the Australian migration law but also highly experienced in dealing with the department of immigration. He was professional, friendly and got the job done effortlessly. Thames Migration are fantastic as they are able to offer a 24 hour operation with offices in the United Kingdom, and Australia which suited me as I had plans to travel to Italy during the processing of my visa, to see my family. I would definitely recommend using Thames Migration services. I am not receiving any benefits from promoting Thames Migration’s services; I simply want to help fellow migrants. Our journey towards achieving a life long dream, started more than two years ago. In the beginning of 2016 Chris and I appointed Thames Migration via their London office to prepare and manage a Subclass 457 visa application for us. The process was long and complicated and unfortunately my employer in Australia decided to pull out of the agreement last minute and we were refused. With this disappointment, we decided to move on and prepare for a visa 489. This meant achieving superior English, having a skills assessment done and translating various documents, before finally submitting our application in September 2017. We received state sponsorship through South Australia, which came through rather quick and this was a nice change for us and possibly our first real positive experience since we started out our journey almost a year and a half earlier. Although we had this nice experience, we were at this point tired and exhausted from the process and decided to make arrangements for our medical examinations, so that we could sit back and relax after a year and a half of non-stop hard work, whilst waiting for the final outcome. We went in October 2017 and to our surprise, Chris' examination was not approved. We declared everything in our past and did not expect that Chris' medical history (which occurred in his youth) would become a problem, as he has managed to turn that part of his life around, but we got wiser, as we were now facing a request from Medical Officer of the Commonwealth (MOC), having to present a specialist report on Chris. Hannibal was great, he guided us through this very emotional and testing time, he understood and showed understanding for our situation, which was long stretched, we were tired and ready to give up. We would like to thank Hannibal Khoury for coming through for us at the end of this very long and hard road, where trust and faith and belief had all gone haywire a long time ago. If it had not been for Hannibal, Chris and I would have given up just before the finishing line, because we no longer believed in the process. Hannibal though, told us that it would be a big mistake to give up at this point and he managed to ‘hold our hands’ through this process and the outcome was everything we had hoped for. We finally received our Subclass 489, Skilled Nominated (provisional) visa in March 2018. Choosing Thames Migration and in particular Hannibal to begin with, turned out to be a wise move for us. He prepared and presented our case to MOC and he got us through the eye of the needle. The minute we got our visa, all our hardships and difficulties was forgotten and our focus immediately changed to our new life in South Australia, a new adventure, a life that we have been dreaming about for the past two years and more, but really decades. We could not have done this on our own and believe that this achievement comes down to a mix of perseverance, patience and professional guidance. We would very much like if Hannibal could personally look after our PR application in the future and repeat the success.
