S.We had an ongoing problem with a large home improvement company and they were insisting since we had signed a contract 14 months previously, even though they had not started any work with the build, we were therefore legally obliged to pay 30% of the total build cost. We believed this was unfair since no work had started.
Wellers Law took up our case and within a month, won our case and actually came to an agreement with the home improvement company to get back 61% of our initial 10% deposit.
We would thoroughly recommend Wellers Law, very professional, kept us regularly updated at each stage of our case. Excellent.
