I can't recommend Ruhel Alom highly enough, I have used his services to conduct the conveyancing on a sale and a purchase in September 2021 and on previous occasions. Throughout the process Mr Alom kept me up to date almost within minutes of receiving any incoming communication from the other solicitors and estate agents involved in what seemed a very complicated chain. Much to my frustration, the other solicitors created unnecessary delays by not forwarding requests/documentation to their clients for days and sometimes a week! Perhaps this is the norm in the legal world, but not with Mr Alom! He replied to emails even when he was off and late in the evening! Sometimes I really felt I was his only client, no email or call was unanswered! Mr Alom is an absolute professional and if it wasn't for him a chain of 4 could have collapsed on the day of simultaneous exchange/completion! You just need a solicitor like Ruhel when all others are dragging their feet...! If the other solicitors were anything like him, the completion could have happened weeks, if not a month earlier! Fees are probably a few hundred pounds more than other East London firms, but definitely worth every penny.
