Merlin helped us completed a fast tracked property purchase within 5 weeks, amazing! He worked 24/7 day and night, very responsive and efficient. Couldn't thank him enough and would definitely recommend him for a hassle free, smooth conveyancing!

UPDATED Since writing this review, we have changed account managers and have subsequently had a much better experience. Louise has done everything she can speed up the process and we have finally completed after 5 months! She has been very responsive to emails and thorough which we really appreciate. Once the problem had been escalated, the company handled our complaints very well. Probably the biggest vote of confidence is that we have decided to use them again for another property. We have had a pretty awful experience with Rebecca at Notary Express. We are using them for what we believe is a pretty straightforward remortgage. It takes multiple chases to get any sort of response and our mortgage provider has said if it takes much longer then they will have to re negotiate the deal. It's now taken over two months when it should have taken half that. On top of this, at one point they lost our documents and asked us to send new ones, only to find them a few weeks later. It seems that there is poor communication between offices. These guys are cheap but really not worth the stress and wasted time!

My previous solicitors left me at the last minute just when I was only 3 weeks away from my deadline date set by my mortgage company to have the house contracts exchanged. I explained this Razwana who understood and got me on board really fast, she worked even weekends to get my house done before the deadline. We managed to get it done in time and I honestly don’t think any one else would have done a completion in such short notice. Razwana was very professional and so helpful in my all questions, I was guided in the right path. The feed were very reasonable especially for a first time buyer like myself. It was my dream house and I’m so glad I got Notary express and Razwana on board who made sure I got it completed it in time. Cannot recommend her the rest of the Notary Express enough, great service and if I ever need any legal help again I will be using their services again.

I really feel we have been blessed for having this lady working for us. She's not only professional, ethical, dedicated and detailed, but also the kindest and most caring person you could find. This are really stressful and anxious times. Zoe has been next to us every step of the way, making sure we would have a full understanding and protecting our interest much more than the usual standard service you can find. I'm telling this because even if this was our first experience I've been told some disturbing comments about so many solicitor firms now a days. Very conveniently located literally right outside the Camden Town tube station. I made enquiries with several firms before choosing this one mainly based on the quotation being best value. The notary drafted the power of attorney for me and I signed it in his presence, then he dealt with all the requirements for an apostille and legalisation. All I had to do was sign the document and he did everything else. I couldn't recommend a better notary if you ever need one.
