I contacted Anna when I desperately needed help to answer outstanding queries related to pre emption rights that my current conveyancer couldn't answer for weeks in order to progress with a sale of my flat. I was at the point when my planned exchange hasn't happened as this was outstanding. Anna had an answer straight away and managed to write a letter explaining the situation although she was busy with her workload. After her letter was submitted to buyer's solicitor, I had received the phone call that by buyers solicitor is happy to progress with exchange. She really knows what she's talking about and her attitude is absolutely amazing. I can't thank that woman enough and regret I didn't have her number before. I would recommend her service to everyone without a doubt she will do a great job!!!
