A. U.I would like to thank A&A Solicitors especially Mr Javed Akbar for making successful application for my early Indefinate Leave to Remain . The service provided was very fast and efficient and I got the response within 10 days from the date of giving my biometrics.
I was granted stay in the UK under the 10 year route and having completed my 5 years my extension of visa was due.
Prior to contacting Mr Akbar I contacted two other solicitors who were unaware of the new policy introduced for early indefinite leave to remain around end October 2021. I feel so lucky and glad to contact Mr Akbar who advised me on this new policy and made successful application. This has saved me alot of legal fees and further extensions and I now have been granted Indefinate leave to remain after 5 years instead on 10 years. Hence, its not just the money it has also saved me alot of time.
