Y. H.Was recommended by the Developers. We've bought several houses in UK and have previously used solicitors recommended by other developers. Extremely surprised by the service we were given! Other solicitors just sends a bunch of documents to you and tells you to sign and pay up. BUT Brian went through each and every document and clearly explained everything to us. Never had a solicitor actually going through and explaining each document spending hours! We didn't even know there were so many legal documents involved in buying a house, no other solicitors have told or shown us! Now we know there are legal things that we can and cannot do even though we bought a Freehold! Definitely recommend and certainly will be coming back! Thanks Brian!

I signed a contract with the landlord’s misrepresenting, which led to the lease of a shop with limited commercial use. The commercial use I needed could not be implemented. We agreed in advance that if the lawsuit loses, I only need to pay the court fee for his lawyer's service fee. There is no need to pay any fees.
Due to the delay of the epidemic, this case has been nearly three years. Just a few days ago, our lawsuit finally went to court. Based on the professional handling of lawyer Liang, the judge pronounced us victory and gave me justice.

梁律师很有耐心的听完事件的前因后果， 因为我的金额涉及的不是很大，所以他免费帮我出面写信追讨我的押金，并没有收取任何费用。 后来这个案件演变成官司，房东也反告我，但是梁律师还是义无反顾的免费帮我打这个官司，我们事先协议， 如果官司输了，我只需要给堂费（ court fee ) 他的律师服务费是不需要给任何费用。
在疫情的拖延下，这个案件已经将近三年了，就在几天前，我们的官司终于上庭，基于梁律师的专业处理，法官宣判我们胜诉，也还了我一个公道。
梁律师虽然年轻，但是办事能力却远远超过他的年纪，我们要相信智慧与英俊是可以并重的，不要看他年轻俊俏就而带有偏见，律师不一定要成熟的才能稳重。
