Was recommended by the Developers. We've bought several houses in UK and have previously used solicitors recommended by other developers. Extremely surprised by the service we were given! Other solicitors just sends a bunch of documents to you and tells you to sign and pay up. BUT Brian went through each and every document and clearly explained everything to us. Never had a solicitor actually going through and explaining each document spending hours! We didn't even know there were so many legal documents involved in buying a house, no other solicitors have told or shown us! Now we know there are legal things that we can and cannot do even though we bought a Freehold! Definitely recommend and certainly will be coming back! Thanks Brian!

The most professional and humane lawyers. Many law firms have already discussed money before you meet with them. You only smell the smell of money instead of really trying to help you solve your problem. I signed a contract carelessly due to the landlord's misrepresentation, which resulted in me renting a shop with limited commercial use. The commercial use I needed could not be implemented. The landlord verbally promised to return my deposit, but later regretted it. This is usually the case. All cases are difficult to fight.
