Being the victim of an accident that wasn't your fault is traumatic enough, without the additional burden of dealing with the third party insurance company. The team at Auto Claims Assist were super friendly and supportive throughout the process - from the out of hours call handlers, to the customer service representatives and the claims handler. I particularly appreciated the calm and collected nature of the customer service team, who were able to quell any concerns I had with regards to the claims process. Highly recommended!

I found Auto Claims Assist through a quick Internet search at the scene of my 3 car accident. From the very first contact, they arranged collection of my car from the crash site to a secure compound. As there was a shortage of hire cars at the time I had to wait 5 x days for my replacement. The cars they provided me were both top of the range BMW's as they try and use a like for like hire basis I couldn't be more happy with them. I was in a hire car for a total 77 days! Most insurance companies will only provide hire for 21 x days (read the small print). They arranged for a vehicle assessment to be carried out on my car and the written off price/value was confirmed to myself on that day, and later went on to receive that full price offered which I was more than happy with. I went through a difficult 3 x car insurance claim with me being the innocent 3rd party. The other two insurance companies fighting it out between themselves. All the time Auto Claims Assist kept me upto date with what was going on. Nothing was a problem and I could ring them at anytime if I had any concerns. My one bit of advice I would give, is to let these guy's do their jobs. They have a vast knowledge of the insurance industry and how it works and have years of experience under there belts. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Auto Claims Assist to anyone. Make them your first call, not your last

Couldn’t ask for a better company to have dealt with the incident I was involved in. Auto claims assist are a brilliant company, who made everything so much easier for myself. I received my payment 18 days after the incident, which is amazing compared to other insurance companies. From start to finish Autoclaims provided me with 5 star service. The process was super easy, the team were all friendly and helpful. They provided a really nice courtesy car delivered to my door by the following morning of my accident whilst they sorted out my claim against the third party insurer which was in my possession until a week after the payment was received. I was given regular updates throughout the process of valuations, next steps, when the payment would be expected and when the courtesy car would be collected. They also went above an beyond to assist when requesting them to hold my payment until I arrived back from a work trip. All in all they took a lot of the pain away from my car accident and I would definitely use there services again in the future if I was unlucky enough to have another accident. Hands-down THE best accident management service in the UK. My crash took place after someone went into the back of me on April 1st. Sadly, the person who went into the back of me had an insurance compnay that made it impossible to work with, did this stop auto claims assist, never. Over the four months auto claims assist were outstanding: -updates twice a week -giving me support on the night of the crash -giving me a hire car for the whole four months - like for like car. -any query always being there on the phone -no extra costs for me -any expenses paid for me Honestly I couldn’t praise them enough. After an accident in July '22 I accidently phoned ACALTD about my non fault accident. It has to be one of my best mistakes! They were straight on the case for me, took all details and arranged a hire vehicle. Due to a national shortage it took a week for the courtesy car to arrive. But when it did I was more than happy, a BMW 320I auto estate. Due to the nature of their insurance agreements I was able to keep this car until the claim was finally settled and then an extra 7 days grace so I could find another car. Without this I would have been truly up the creek! The communication with this company was of the highest order, weekly updates by phone and text messages. My case handler was Ron Parker who went above and beyond to see that my case was settled as soon as possible. I can truly recommend this company if you have a non-fault accident, so much better than going through your own insurance company - thank you guys!

Easy to contact and it’s great that details can be sent via WhatsApp! Only problem is that ACA don’t actually handle the claim end to end. After the initial call I was handed over to another company (Blackthorn) who has managed the case. Repairs aren’t carried out with manufacturer approved workshops as advertised on the website which is also disappointing.

Auto Claims Assist is the best to handle any issue with your insurance company. First Central handled my case really badly and I thought I had to settle for less money than my car was worth. That's when I reached out ot Auto Claims Assist and was helped by Dillon and then Ron, who was handling my case. They managed to evaluate my car for a higher price and chase First Central until they paid out the money. ACALTD are friendly, professional and they don't take no for an answer from any insurer. On the 6th May 2022 another motorist carelessly reversed into my car in a car park. He admitted to responsibility: as he had to in the circumstances. I offered to resolve the matter for a simple and straightforward estimate. He declined. It was one of those situations that occur countless times throughout the country every day. The repair seemed simple - my car needed a new door. Thank goodness I put the matter in the hands of ACA rather than attempting to deal with the matter myself. The parts for my beloved Alfa Romeo could only be obtained from Italy. It took a considerable time to arrange for the importation of the correct parts that were unavailable in the UK. ACA arranged for the delivery of a comparable replacement without qualm. I was kept updated on the progress of the repair. I would certainly highly recommend and use again.

If I have to recommend a company for a non fault accident it will have to be this one!! Auto claims assist got me through this stressful traumatic time, kept me updated and took on everything on my behalf. The only finger I lifted was to answer a phonecall with regular assurance and updates. I had Courtesy car delivered at earliest convenience and even gave me an extra week whilst I try to sort out a replacement for my written off vehicle. They even assist with the option of help with another vehicle and other related services if necessary. I cannot recommend this company enough! very vey efficient.
