After my first contact which was really to see if I had any chance of help after a nasty road traffic accident and developing Fibromyalgia which wasn't really treated properly after the initial accident these guys treated me with such respect and kindness at every step of the way. L. A.I had a terrible time with my employer who continually denied my claim for a ill health retirement pension. The management refused to accept my medically proven CFS/FMS was real. Even with the strength of evidence that had already been gathered.
