I approached Brian due to totting up points on my licence. Three more points could have resulted in me being disqualified from driving and as a Courier this would have cost me my Livelihood. Brian decided that the best route to take would be to enter a plea of exceptional hardship. Getting a notice of prosecution on Christmas Eve was not what I wanted. However, after emailing Brian the day after Boxing Day he called me straight away, completely above and beyond during the holiday period. Brian represented me in relation to an MS90 conviction (failure to identify driver), which I was unaware that I had. I made contact with Brian after conducting hours of research online about how I could have my case re-opened.
