I contacted Concept Australia in February 2016 based on a recommendation from a family friend who had used them for their migration. Steve invited us in for a chat to discuss our options and let us know what they could do for us. We went to their office which is in the center of Manchester so easily accessible for everyone. We told Steve our situation and from the word go he was completely honest with us. He did not try to "sell" us their services or persuade us to use them he laid out the facts and talked with us at great length about what they do. They were totally transparent about their costs and there is no hidden fees with this company. We decided to go ahead with a prospective marriage visa and Steve communicated to us what information we would need. All of the information and evidence needed is broken down by Steve and made a lot easier to get together. The correspondence throughout the whole process was so quick and easy. From start to finish there was no confusion or stress it was all done seamlessly by concept Australia. Any time we did feel we needed help a quick email or phone call would resolve this. After applying for our visa in late March, I underwent my medicals and police checks in late May once these were sent off Steve told me there should not be any more information needed. By 15th July he contacted us again to tell us our visa had been approved!! In just over 4 months a process which we saw as so daunting was over and we had our visa a lot quicker than expected. I can not thank Steve and Concept Australia enough and I really can not recommend them more, I would want everyone to find the process and experience as easy as we did and using this company I know they would.
