Fast, professional and friendly… and all at the best price available. Their Agent Site shows progress at all stages and worked particularly well for me as I am deaf. From the offer being accepted to me getting the keys to my new home took 6 weeks (it would have been 4 weeks if the seller’s solicitor had not delayed). Highly recommended.

Update: As of today 1 sep, we finally got the land registry updated info and case closed. Million thanks to Thomas who handled this case smoothly, and his boss Gavin for facilitating everything. We appreciate all the efforts spare for our case and thanks! *** Update: waiting for the solicitor to submit application to the Land Registry to formally transfer the property into my name. will come back and revise the rating to 5 star after this is completed. 12 May: I received an email from Thomas illustrating the stamp duty was paid. An certificate and report were attached for proof. Thanks for his professionalism. 13 April: The transaction took me around four months to complete. Special thanks to Thomas efforts in following up for my case. Although he is kind of busy and doesn't reply to my emails sometimes, at last he made it up by actively following up with my case and made it through so the deal could be completed. I think he is a guy who focus on doing things rather than speaking all the time. Thanks again for his continued follow up for my case. I appreciate how the boss Gavin check with me for the progress of the case and make sure everything is fine with me. Thanks very much to his help.

In a demanding market at the moment with intreast rates low and stamp duty stopped. Laura and gavin were able to sort the conveyancing, as quickly as they could. We used conveyancing expert as we wanted to do as much online because of the covid pandemic (I have been shielding throughout) and Conveyancing Expert was the company recommended by our estate agent. Amanda Edwards and Anjum Hussein dealt with our conveyancing (taking over after Christmas when there was a change from the original person who dealt with it pre-Christmas). I was initially concerned that doing everything online might cause communication difficulties, particularly as there were some very unusual access issues associated with our property, however, both Amanda and Anjum worked really hard to sort these out & managed to cope with our sale also being brought forward 2 weeks, further complicated by the fact that we were purchasing in Scotland so they had another party to deal with in this respect. The reason for 4 rather than 5 is because of the initial lack of communication pre-Christmas, from the initial team dealing with the sale, however, once Amanda & Anjum took over our sale, everything went very smoothly and they kept in touch with us throughout. We would like to say a big thank you to them both for all their help and attention to detail.
