I have had the pleasure of dealing with Christine Davies recently who expertly navigated me through the sale of my house with extreme professionalism, & knowledge. Angela Rainford has been our family solicitor for many years and has always offered an extremely responsive and professional service. Over recent years she has supported me to deal with both my parents deaths and virtually held my hand to deal with Wills and everything associated with the unfortunate loss of my parents. Angela has provided support in such a caring way, nothing has been too much trouble for her to deal with, helping me through the sometimes confusing legal ‘stuff ‘ thus allowing me to deal with the emotional side of things which has helped bring closure to a painful situation. A big thanks to Raja and his team for making our purchase and sale as stress free as possible (a shame the same can’t be said for the other solicitors in our chain). They dealt with all matters in good time, easy to contact by phone or email and regular updates on where we were at. The only point that I would mention is that they did come up much more expensive that the original budget (total cost just over £2,300). About £500 more than expected. Additional costs do always crop up though that you can’t always pre plan for. It’s really hard to find a conveyancer with a good reputation but this company does have one, and yes I would recommend.
