I had been completely duped by my earlier solicitors (Ronald Fletcher & Co.) and wasted 3 years of my time and hard earned money trying to remove the 10 year entry ban imposed on me. The solicitors from London had done all the damage to my case and eventually the home office refused my visa 5 times with a 10 year ban. Sunrise successfully appealed the decision of the home office to refuse a tourist visa application for my partner who is Thai. I am British and so I was surprised by the refusal. The home office had incorrectly considered the application and the decision was successfully overturned via a Pre Action Protocol. Whilst the home office in their rejection letter maintain that you have no right to appeal their decision this is in fact not correct. You may appeal the decision via a PAP and if necessary a judicial review. For those of you that are applying via a visa agent then the cost of the PAP is probably not much more than reapplying for a visa. At least via the PAP you can be sure that your application is properly considered. In my case it was clear that the Visa Office in Delhi had not considered all of the material we provided in support of the visa application. Their error added two months to the overall process of obtaining a visa. I can thoroughly recommend the services of Sunrise Solicitors if you are having problems obtaining a UK tourist visa. The whole UK Visa Processing System needs a big shake up so the more people that challenge it the better.

I got to know 'Sunrise Solicitors' by searching in Google, where I read several positive feedbacks from their clients. My case was to apply for 'EU Settlement Scheme Family permit' for my mother.
