The person who originally handled my enquiry was 5 stars, very courteous and helpful, handled things very professionally. However, when my claim was given to the handler I found the documents confusing and when I asked specific questions via email I did not get a specific answer. I decided to not go ahead and am still receiving the signing document everyday which I have been told is a default by their system and I will receive the same email for roughly 2 weeks….
