For someone who struggles to have phone conversations; he really made me comfortable. Arranged a call back from a reputable firm who called me an hour or so later. The experience of contacting TMNE was easy. They phoned me back immediately although I wasn’t expecting them to do so at the weekend. The consultant was polite, knowledgeable and friendly . He took down all the necessary details to be passed on to a solicitor who would deal with the case. My only suggestion is that the legal jargon should be available on the site to be read as it is difficult to digest and understand when just read to me.
