The experience of contacting TMNE was easy. They phoned me back immediately although I wasn’t expecting them to do so at the weekend.
The consultant was polite, knowledgeable and friendly . He took down all the necessary details to be passed on to a solicitor who would deal with the case.
My only suggestion is that the legal jargon should be available on the site to be read as it is difficult to digest and understand when just read to me.
