Hope you have had a great weekend, just wanted to apologise for the late response as I did say to you I would get back to you on Friday but I wanted to give a thought before I would leave any feedback as I believe you have done some amazing work, the time you have spent on the case deserves the long thought to think everything though as you know this case has been ongoing for couple of years now. Intially when I had presented TJL Solicitors the case you was not working for the company I had another solictor who was undertaking the work, we had rough start I would say with the solictor who took the case intially as to unknown reason I'm not sure what was on going within the company but it created delays in responses back to me this led on thought-out the first stages of the case I would say it was probably due to lack of communication which I would say this led on to me being anxious and I really felt at a point this may have been the wrong decision on me presenting the case to TJL Solicitors along with the thought thhey may not defend the case adequately. I had voiced this though out the case as u know I presented the claim to TJL with liability of the accident already being accepted so TJL only needed to work through the laiblity stage of the claim I would of thought it would been an quick settlement but not in this case. So at the point when Poppi Gallagher joined TJL Solicitors I was told my case would be defended by her due to first solictor leaving the firm as soon as she took over she was on the phone giving me quick responses to any question I had and I would say each of her email and telephone communication was very informative she always gave thought on to what she said and she worked best in handling the case getting up to date with things such as getting my MRI and psychologist appointments booked through the covid period I can't thank her enough I'm going through very rough patch financially due to being of sick from work so you can imagine what type of pressure I would be in so all the rent and rave would of been taken by poppy she just handled so well on Friday I was told some great news by poppy my claim had been accepted on the first offer and got more then what poppy had estimated she had asked the defendant to pay cost for CBT treatment which helped getting maximum compensation I'm very happy at least I've come through with something positive for sure so amazing work I hope you continue to do the good work and I'm sure you will progress in your career. Without companies like TJL, access to the legal representation for cosmetic surgery negligence would be dire. Absolutely would recommend! ! Bad cosmetic surgery..
