He assisted my Mum with this in a kind and sensitive manner and could not have been more helpful or supportive with the whole process. He was careful to ensure that Mums difficulties due to disability were taken into account and not once did she ever feel uncomfortable or patronised.
He was very courteous and responded very quickly to any query that I had
and on no occasion was I ever made to feel that I was bothering him.
