I was impressed that any (not unusual) small hiccups along the way were grasped in hand and managed quickly and efficiently.. Pointing clients in the right direction to proceed to completion asap. Also I was welcomed to visit in person claritys office in Milton Keynes, which still seems rare with most offices post pandemic. I found this a great comfort during the process, this helped to process relevant documents quickly and put faces to names. I have no complaints, clarity also worked very well alongside the estate agents that I used, Alan Francis. They made an efficient team 🤗 Thanks to all, I will recommend.

Clarity Legal Services was one of two solicitors recommended to us by our estate agents and we are so glad we selected them to do our conveyancing. From the get go, Clarity provided a detailed quote for the services they were to offer, and it was dead easy to select them. We had challenging timescales related to school opening, and the team at Clarity worked very hard to actualise it. Clarity were pragmatic with the timescales, however in both the purchase of our new property and sale of our old one, they managed to beat the national average timescales. Our purchasing agent was quite impressed, so were we. Special mention to Bianca R. for her professionalism throughout. On a couple of ocassions, we had to follow up with third parties to ensure information required was provided on time, but that is to be expected, it is a partnership. We highly recommend Clarity for conveyancing services.

Very professional Conveyancing company. Katie Ward is very experienced and hence re-assuring, which gave confidence. This is very important for a first time buyer like me. Also, Katie has always been available and approachable, for any clarifications. This has helped me during anxious times. They respond to your calls and emails super quick, and we could not have asked for more. We did not get any quotes so could not tell you If they are cheap or expensive, but what I will say Is they are worth every single pound we spent. Highly recommend Clarity. The professionalism shown throughout was outstanding. They were fast and efficient processing things. Responded to my emails quickly and were easy to reach by telephone. One email was even addressed outside of normal opening hours. Moving is a stressful time even if all goes to plan and they showed empathy throughout.
