When I approached Fullers I was very much lacking in knowledge on how my situation needed to be handled and I required specific direction as to which way I needed to go and how to action things. Fullers were the 3rd solicitors I used! I had a very complex case regarding my son. I was concerned about his welfare whilst in the care of his father and my previous solicitors let me down. The first law firm I used was old school with everything was paper based, so it took weeks for correspondence to get to me, so the matter was dragging on.
