Emily Pope was and continues to be an incredible solicitor to work alongside. She went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure my case was thoroughly well handled. This meant that I was able to focus on other live events like my health issues at the time. She was always responsive and kept me informed of changes and updates. Her documentation was second to none and all record methods were reassuring. What I valued the most was her empathy and how I felt heard and understood. With regards to fees, they were also very straightforward as to costs so there were no surprises. Where two prior solicitors had failed woefully, Emily rescued my case with the utmost professionalism for which I will be eternally grateful. I was referred by a client of mine to use Neves and specifically Beth Woodward for my divorce. Beth is about as calm and professional as you are ever going to meet. She allayed fears that I had and was very quick to give me a clear path. Beths approach gave me total faith in her and the process that she knows inside out. She is enormously talented and also very adaptive. I think what I valued most was the empathetic approach and quickly understood how I wanted/needed to be spoken to so the information would be retained. My now ex wife was told not to settle unless the figures were between 80-95%. She used 4 different law firms and a barrister and ended up with a huge outlay in fees. My fees were slightly under that predicted by Beth and my ex and I settle on a percentage under 60%. Beth is the consummate professional who over delivers at a little under her projected costs. I had the pleasure of liaising with Charlotte Clements during the situation. We were let down by the restrictions of Covid19 but Charlotte went out of her way to make the transaction alot easier. I cannot recommend Neves (William Morris) highly enough. They literally rescued us in our conveyancing needs when our previous Conveyancers were shut down overnight by the SRA just days before we were due to complete and exchange our sale and purchase. When no other firms would help or tried to charge ridiculous fees, Neves stepped up to the plate. They took on our sale and managed to get it through in just 6 days, surely a record turnaround??? They then managed to get our purchase completed in 5 weeks from a standing start. William worked tirelessly, kept me in the loop throughout and was always available for my numerous requests. A truly awesome firm and William was a star. Do not hesitate to appoint this LLP. They did not sit on anything; as soon as there was work to progress they were on top of it, in addition to this they were regularly diarising to chase anything that was outstanding rather than just sitting back and waiting.
