We used JLF for a property sale after a previous solicitor dropped us in it. We found JLF through a recommendation where Sarah took over and within a couple of days we were way further ahead than we were after weeks with the other solicitor. Sarah was super efficient and kept me updated at every step. A lot of companies these days seem not capable of simple communication and updates but thankfully JLF and Sarah are bucking that trend and their communication was top notch. At no point did I have to wonder what was happening as I was always kept in the loop. Completion was done very efficiently and I would definitely use JLF again as well as recommend them to anyone looking for a competent solicitor.
