We used Mincoffs for conveyancing on a recent house purchase. Communication was excellent from the word 'go' and we had swift action and prompt acknowledgement of all responsibilities on our side of the fence. Whenever we hit stumbling blocks with the vendor's side or had additional queries following the searches & surveys, our assigned team (Shelley Thirlwell & Lauren Walker) tenaciously fought our corner throughout to completion. Even when the answers were not forthcoming, Mincoffs reassuringly kept us informed of their efforts and constant chasing up. Pricing for Mincoffs' services was quite reasonable, everything clearly explained and we would be happy to use their services again and recommend to others.

Mincoffs were everything you wanted from a solicitors handling conveyancing – constantly keeping us informed, providing a wealth of detail, very thorough and extremely quick to respond to any queries. When they had any absences we given contact details for a colleague covering the duties who responded as quickly and professionally as our primary case handler. When there was an issue with the buyer our solicitor was quick to handle questions and quickly forwarded on responses from the buyer’s solicitors which kept a frustrating delay down to an absolute minimum. I was extremely happy with the service I got from Mincoffs. I was always informed and updated during the process of buying/selling so I was glad of it. Stacie did a stellar job and we were lucky to have her. Word of warning - their car park is awful and - being a relatively new driver - I ended up scraping the side of another car trying to get out after being "directed" out of the space by an employee who then cheerfully told me that people scrape their cars in the car park there all the time. He owns a land rover and I suspect he was worried it would be scraped up by another car. This still doesn't change the fact the man is an asshat. There is a car park across the road although it's a rather slim car park so be cautious. I would definitely recommend Mincoffs for all your house moving needs.
