T. A.Excellent service, I received their support with my first house purchase. They were quick to respond, assisted me with understanding the legal jargon and were incredibly helpful all round. Would very much recommend for anyone who is after a good conveyancing solicitors.
s. s.After receiving a quote for my conveyancing I called through to hire them and was told the following:
- that there was a button on the quote to go ahead (there wasn’t)
- that they would put me through to the Cardiff office (it rang and then the line hung up on me)
- that they would see what they can do when I rang back( no apology and what they could do was put me through to a number that rang and rang with no option to leave a message)
- that I could email them when I called a third time (to which I’ve had no reply in 2 days)
What I can do is use another firm and would suggest anyone else needing conveyancing does the same.
Useless.
*UPDATE* Howells rang me to apologise and I spoke to a really nice man who was surprised and upset that this had been my experience. I am still voting with my feet and have appointed another firm (Jacklyn Lawson - who answered first time and talked me through everything) but nice that the problem was acknowledged and will be addressed. Have amended my stars accordingly.
