R. T.Very helpful staff, always very accommodating and often remember you by name as you walk through the door. Great service.
Used them as a building society for over 20yrs now and they have always been a great company to deal with at multiple branches too.
b. b.My son is 12 and is on the autistic spectrum. He wanted a debit card to pay his own bills. We called up Newport branch who we have been with for many years and spoke to a lovely lady called katherine. She talked us through popping in and what we needed and then when we went in she made a real effort to treat my son like a grown up. He came out beaming. The actual appt was over the phone and she called his number which was a huge deal for him, talked him through security and why, went through everything including how to spot a scam and what to do or not do. Literally I wish I'd had the support growing up that she provided. Rather than " here is a card, don't screw it up".
This has always been my branch but we're moving a long way away. They have always been helpful even if iv gotten in a pickle.
Can't rate them highly enough and thanks to Katherine for making my boys step into adulthood a real treat and very special.
