We purchased a property and were recommended to use BMTC. We had Mohammed Rahman as our solicitor and I'm really glad we did. Not only did he do everything instantaneously, he was also very thorough, he made sure all the necessary paperwork was provided by the seller and when there was an issue with the land registry, he managed to escalate it and get it dealt with within 1 or 2 days as opposed to the 2 - 3 months we were given by other solicitors. I would highly recommend BMTC for anyone looking for a solicitor.

Mohammed and BMTC Law were fantastic in their approach to our property purchase. This is the second time we have bought with Mohammed as the solicitor and the first time working with BMTC Law. Mohammed is diligent, professional, and has an impressive eye for detail (essential when buying a property!). BMTC Law handled the transfer of funds smoothly and had put in place a number of additional security procedures during our purchase to reduce the risk of fraud (a number of potential scams had been circulating at the time of our purchase). The purchase of the property had a number of complications related to personal circumstances but Mohammed was excellent in communicating with our mortgage provider to ensure that the sale went through seamlessly. In both purchases Mohammed went above and beyond to ensure the purchases and sales went through.
