We instructed DW Solicitors for our recent house sale and purchase. We were allocated Rosie who was fantastic throughout. Rosie always responded to any queries very promptly and kept us well informed throughout the whole process. She was also very friendly, personable and approachable, helping to explain things when we were uncertain. Rosie always chased things when needed and it felt that nothing was too much trouble for her. There were also no hidden costs, with us paying the price we were quoted at the start of the process plus one small additional cost of £12 for indemnity insurance which we were made fully aware of. Having previously used the services of David Ward Solicitors and received a superb service from his team then, I am compelled to review the recent services David and his fantastic team performed for me very recently in a commercial dilapidation claim for £29,050. To my utter amazement, with a few letters and a site visit, David virtually eliminated the whole amount ! David Wards background knowledge and experience in commercial matters is second to none. Needless to say, my commercial move to new premises was very smoothly handled by David and his team, who spotted a few areas in the contract that could have cost me extensively in the future. He negotiated them out with the other party's solicitors and I proceeded, fully confident that I have no worries in the future. Coincidentally, at the same time, Davids other specialist knowledge of Probate and wills was also required by ourselves. The team he had working on this problem sorted out account issues very quickly. The knowledge and experience in that practise regarding Power of Attorney, elderly care, care of elderly in care homes, property transactions related to, is immense. In all our dealings with this legal company, it became very clear that they prefer to act fast, waste no time at all and not to drag it out, which is better for every one concerned. I would prefer this company to be working along side me than against me. This review may have come across as a bit of an advert for them but I have paperwork to show all of the above if you require.

My wife and I have used DW Solicitors for a variety of matters over the last 4-5 years. Starting with a very professional will for my wife and I, which turned out to be quite complex. David Ward took on this work and put in place a comprehensive document that really catered for our specific needs. David also helped us with a sensitive employment matter for my Mother who was being medically retired due to negligence and without his oversight we would have been in a much worse position. This involved months of to and fro’ing with the 3rd party and without DW’s perseverance and advice we would have missed important deadlines and missed the fine detail in the contract.
