My parents wanted to review and update their Wills and Power of Attorneys after some changes in their circumstances. Jade went through their old paperwork and was very patient with explaining how they could be updated to protect their estate and newer, more flexible power of attorney laws to support their independence in their later years. Everything was efficient, explained well and turned around quickly. Terms and prices were very reasonable with no hidden surprises. On top of all this, Jade was friendly and quickly built up a rapport with my parents, she understood it can be challenging to face up to making difficult decisions and made it straightforward and pleasant! Couldn't ask for more! Highly recommended! I am 31 and thought getting a will would be hard work.. time consuming and boring. Jade made the entire experience hassle free and enjoyable. My whole experience of meeting the Future Wills member of staff to discuss my proposed Will was extremely good, I was made to feel welcome and there was no feeling of being rushed, over a nice cup of coffee we soon had my draft Will completed.
