I was a bit wary at first because Steve’s website isn’t the most polished (sorry, Steve!), but after speaking with Steve I was convinced he was the best person to help me. Knowledgeable, patient, and efficient, Steve answered my many questions and helped me correctly complete and submit my application. (I’m not exaggerating when I say that at my biometrics appointment, the processing officer reviewed my application and said, ‘It’s such a relief to read an application that’s correctly filled out.’) Because of Steve, my application was approved and I received my BRP within my desired timeframe. There was zero fuss involved, and I was always confident that he’d correctly put together and reviewed my papers.
