I am very grateful for the assistance which Jo has allotted me and she further ameliorated her fee as soon as she comprehended my circumstances. I was looking for an Immigration Advisor/Lawyer and found the gov.uk - Office of Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC) Adviser Finder on which Kurl Legal Services was listed amongst others. Reasons why I decided to go with Kurl Legal and not other: - Professional website and transparent ways of contact (opposed to other advisors on that list with no online representation or outdated Twitter/Facebook pages, no hotline/only mobile numbers or strange email addresses). - Quick and friendly reply to my initial enquiry - My follow up questions where also answered (other advisors answered vaguely to my initial enquiry and requested payment prior to answering follow up questions) Consultation was straight forward without having to have an appointment (COVID times) with correspondence via email/WhatsApp and phone calls.
