What can here Shehbaz was brilliant. We had a very difficult vendor who dragged put the sale at every opportunity and the vendor solicitor was terrible often going missing and no response at all which lead to a delay. Shehbaz was responding within minutes to my emails often even out of hours. He was very honest, he said things as they are and didnt sugar coat anything which i really like. In the 5months we was in contact he onlybhad one day off and arranged and communicated to me over a weekend who i can talk to directly. Top man, top service will use again once i get over this ordeal anyway. My only criticism would be transparency of chanrging. We ended up paying 300 pound mors than quoted but thats my fault for not looking at the small print properly. Small price to pay for quality i guess. Thank you Yates and co but more so Shehbaz.
