The wording is not the usual old fashioned, badly punctuated, gobbledygook, that people of average intelligence can't understand. If you need a Will that is slightly more complex than basic, Jenny (support dept) may very well be able to help - nothing seems to be too much trouble. If you aren't clear about the difference between an absolute cash gift and a share of the residuary estate, get clarification at the beginning.

Once checked, this is sent in a PDF format. I chose to have an 'official' copy sent to me which cost just £25. I thought this was a great price. If you sre thinking of writing a will, this option is really really easy without using solicitors etc.

I was able to divide my estate from my savings and leave financial gifts. I now have a copy of my will, knowledge of how to get it legally signed and who can sign it. And, as an added bonus I was able to talk to someone about arranging and paying for my funeral at a reasonable rate that will never change even though the price of the funeral will soar. All in all, one of the better decisions I have made in my life.

R. B.Very good service and quick response to queries. The only down side was that the finished will when emailed to me had loads of huge spaces between sections, sometime half a page blank. I've always been told that there shouldn't be unnecessary gaps in a will otherwise there's the chance of extra things being written in the gaps, contrary to the wishes of the testator. I have therefore had to copy the original emailed version into a Word document so I could edit out the gaps before printing. But other than that, an excellent service!

Then within a few days you get a completed copy sent to you. All of this for free. Yes it’s basic but it’s legal and it does the job which is exactly what I needed. I looked into using the Charity wills, but none of these were in my area.
Free Wills is excellent for what I wanted: a simple will.
Filling in the form was easy and the price is not bad. Should I ever want a more complicated will, then I might spend more at a lawyer, but for now my mind is at rest.
Well done with the communications, as they kept me up to date and I had the will in the post within a view days and paid a little bit extra for a bound copy.
