S.Everything was done correctly but after the partner who started off with this probate and inheritance case left the firm there were a procession of four different solicitors and a legal executive who handled this matter. All of them were courteous, responsive and helpful and I think doing their best, but appeared to be overloaded and obviously taking over unfinished cases made things more difficult for them. The case took 2 years to resolve which may have been due to delay at HMRC but lack of continuity was unfortunate to say the least.
