I've used Hegarty LLP Solicitors twice now and both times they have been excellent. The most recent experience was in regard to moving home where we used Hegarty as the conveyancing team for both the sale of our existing property and the purchase of our new property. The team were excellent, I was kept informed of what was happening the whole way through the process and I was able to get through to them on the phone very quickly when necessary where they were always polite and professional. About half way through the process it turned out that the seller of our new property needed to complete within 3 weeks which I thought was extremely tight given the stage we were at but Hegarty worked flat out on our case and made it to the deadline professional to the very end. The team looking after me were Sarah, Alice & Masooma, all excellent members of staff who were very professional, quick to respond to messages / calls and above all friendly and polite. I will not hesitate in using Hegarty LLP again when the time comes to move again in future and I suggest to anyone looking for the perfect conveyancing team, that they've found it here.

We have recently used Hegarty LLP (Oakham branch) for the sale and purchase conveyancing of residential properties. Although the transactions were originally linked, separate tight deadlines forced them to be treated individually. The team at Hegarty did a fantastic job of meeting both deadlines, which would have incurred significant financial implications had either slipped. It is worth mentioning that in the current climate where several months is the norm for the conveyancing process, Hegarty had this wrapped up in 7 weeks and would have been quicker were it not for issues with other solicitors within the chain. That is not to say that they were not thorough in their work and no stone was left unturned in their searches or enquiries. Quiet efficiency and prompt responses to our queries along the way sums up a brilliant performance from Kate Gardner, Catherine Fitches and their team. We have used several conveyancing firms in the past and Hegarty LLP are the only firm we have returned to - if you want the job doing properly, I can't recommend them highly enough!
