There are no words no reviews no chocolates are enough to thank these utterly professionals at HS-lawyers.I will share my experience of buying our first home. Please read this, I hope this helps you alot. As we all know buying a property is always stressful. When we needed a solicitor I googled the best solicitors in Peterborough. I came across some well known conveyors in Peterborough. I could not believe myself I found about HS-Lawyers. At first I thought they were fake. HS-Lawyers has all 5 STAR reviews. After few hours I called them up and decided to go with them. Masooma was chasing sellers solicitor literally every two days; seller solicitor will take weeks to reply. We were nearly finishing enquiries and replies; seller decided to abort the purchase. We lost two months. Now we have to start over again. We found a new property. Same process again. Initially seller solicitors ( named DC Laws ! ) confirmed that the exchange will be on 23rd of August. We gave notice to our rented property to vacate on 31st August. DCL had two months to reply to enquiries. DCL could not complete the matter on 23rd August. Masooma has been calling DCL chasing them every day to complete the matter before 31st so that we don't become homeless. After multiples chase and push and push and push we exchanged on 1st September. Thanks to Masooma and Asad and HS-Lawyers Peterborough. You will know Masooma is chasing them because she will forward all the communications in your email. She will look into the case even out of office hours. You call them they are always there to talk you through. Asad is there to help you even he is on his holiday or with his family no matter what circumstances. I recommended HS-Lawyers to three people I know. Two of them have a successful exchange. I know they are expensive but if you want stress free purchase go for HS-lawyers without even second thought.
