Jacqui, Lisa and Sue were friendly and helpful and were able to complete our sale and purchase in eight weeks. Emails were always responded to promptly, sometimes in the evening and at weekends and on one occasion they remained in the office to allow us to collect some documents after work. Unlike solicitors we have used in the past, they were in touch with reality and always gave a straight answer, even if that answer was not the one you were hoping for!
