Absolutely professional service that I would always remember. Helped me throughout the buying process last summer (2021) even when the seller party was not engaging very well and taking really long to respond and frustrating us every step of the way. Fortunately PDR has a no sale no fee policy, so they have a genuine interest in completing sale. Final icing on the cake was the way they helped me catch the 30th June deadline of stamp duty holiday when my seller just suddenly announced 3 days before the deadline that they are willing to exchange contract and complete. Exchange was done next day but Grace, Tina and Robyn went out of the way to secure funds from my mortgage provider and get them ready wirhin a record time (2 days) to enable the completion before 30th June (generally this process takes a week). This was despite the fact that they were already overloaded with other clients who had to complete the sale before the deadline.

Found PDR via Google search as needed reliable solicitors to sell my property. Positive reviews and price were main criteria for me. Now I know I made right choice! I am extremely grateful for the assistance this company has provided, taking to the account that my case was very difficult to deal with. Lovely Susan Mitchell delt with sale of my property in a very professional manner, paying attention to all details and working really hard towards a completion. I have used PDR Property Lawyers a few times as I am a property investor - it is important for me to use a local company I can rely on. I have always found Michelle and her staff to be very helpful, someone always returns my calls and although they cannot always respond quickly to my emails I do get a response within 48 hours. I like Michelle's no nonsense approx, Michelle is always totally honest in relation to having a realistic expectation as to when my matter will exchange and complete. I found PDR property lawyers to be a grate help as they acted for us in the sale of our existing property and the purchase of our new one. They were on the ball in all aspects of the process and always at hand when you needed them. If your conveyancer was in meetings another person in the office was always able to deal with our query. The made the whole process very stress free as we had a period in between the sale and purchase of the properties and they maintained contact during that period and stood by till we were ready to complete the second stage. I'd like to than all in the office that dealt with our move.

PDR property lawyers works with all lenders but they are not on the panel with Halifax who is my lender and unfortunately I had to move on to a different solicitor. I give them 5 stars anyway because of their quick and efficient communication. Sending them emails was like chatting with them and I got almost instant reply every time. The quote I got from them was also the best between all the options.
