Thank you to my lawyers Sue and David who helped me take on a company who turns over 16 million pounds per year,but doesn't care about its staff. The Company denied I was entitled to any form of compensation as I was self employed. I was kept up to date while the claim progressed over three years. The other side provided no evidence that they even had an accident book. Made their staff lie for them in court documents. Friday was Court hearing,but they settled a few days before court date. Five days later my cheque came so very happy,and thank you to Mirren in costs department. Both Sue and David are world Class lawyers,and you'll be very lucky having them fighting for your rights.
