I had my car written off and when the third party insurers refused to pay my case was assigned to Charles A Marshal Lawyers. I’m so glad that it was because throughout the entire process they could not have been more helpful, polite and approachable! Fantastic experience and got the desired outcome as well! My experience with Charles A Marshall was a good one. Some of the reviews are imo somewhat bitter & illustrate a lack of impatience. My case was expected to be over in about three months. It in actual fact took more than 18 months. But Charles A Marshall are in no way responsible for third party solicitors dragging their feet. Lydia who dealt with my case was straight shooter at all times. She herself was amazed this took so long as the other party had admitted liability at an early stage. Lydia always covered every point & constantly kept me informed. I felt I was provided with a good service & Charles A Marshall & Lydia got me the full top end estimate for my injuries whilst avoiding the inconvenience of a court hearing.

My Son had an incident in our Van where another driver performed an illegal turn to come back uo the slip road after taking the wrong turning. The Van was badly damaged (and my Son could have been killed!) and my Son needed a replacement vehicle for his work as a Plasterer. The Insurers declined to pay the costs for the replacement vehicle (they said he could have used public transport!! - never seen a Plasterer on the Bus at 6am carring dirty equipment and do Buses actually have a route to a building site?) causing us a lot of anxiety. Luckily the case was referred to Charles A. Marshall and they were really fantastic, guiding us through every step and so reassuring all the way. Highly recommend them to anyone in a similar position.
