Thankfully due to the professionalism, hard work and support I received from both Sarah Rushworth and Stephen Ogden this was prevented and a 50/50 agreement was agreed. I was dubious about using an 'online' type service but they were really good, and when it did get called to court, locally to me,can to represent me and didn't charge for travel.
