Her professionalism and conscientiousness was exemplary and she put a tremendous amount of effort into what was a challenging conveyancing process. On top of this, Megan was an extremely empathetic communicator and very easy to contact - she always responded promptly to my many calls and emails. Megan was particularly good at persistently keeping on top of other parties when information was not forthcoming. F. G.I honestly can not say enough good things about TMT! We were put onto them for our home purchase, and using an alternative for our sale. From the start of our house sale we encountered issues from the alternate conveyancing firm and 2 weeks before completion (Before xmas too) they were completely unresponsive, so we decided to put everything through TMT. They were so efficient, helpful and friendly they said they would try their best to get us moved before Christmas, and they did. All of the team went above and beyond our expectations and pulled it off whilst still keeping our original completion date. They knew exactly what they were doing and nothing seemed like too much trouble.
