I rang in court help after a friend recommended them. Preeti Kaur and Jo Hammond helped me, they gave me excellent advice helped with preparing statements with great knowledge and speed. Preeti acted as a Mckenzie friend and came with me to my court hearing. I not only won my case I got everything I had requested despite the respondent having a barrister. I contacted this service recently after being served with a non molestation order, with 3 days only to get any defence ready for, the order which was asked for maliciously, so I spoke to Pretti and the Zaynah, the same day they had accepted my case and were hard at work for me. It meant I could carry on with life knowing it was all taken care of by them. I received an exemplary service first class treatment, they were very passionate about defending the order for me especially as I am in fact the victim in the case, andnot the pretending claimant, they talked me through every stage of the process, were very professional and filed my defence for me within 2 days total from start to finish. Just in time to file with the court a day before as well. I highly recommend this service. As I did not Qualify for legal aid the cost was pretty high but it was low compared to others, which another solicitor also working for me commented on. They were a great paralegal team all through, even taking my emails after midnight and responding to them, they also did a zoom call so we could discuss everything and then they telephoned me every step of the way of where we were at with the documents. I’ve had a great experience especially when one that should of been so stressful, but instead was worry free. I was treated with dignity throughout the entire time we have spoken which helped me a lot as I get anxiety easily. I would use them again for any legal matters and think I may need to again soon. He is very knowledgeable about the children's act and the children arrangement process. he is very easy to communicate with via whatsapp or facetime.
